Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication to info@macchiaperta.it within the deadline.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned intact, unused, complete with any original packaging and well protected.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The shipment must be made within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal.
- We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as Macchiaperta is not responsible for loss or damage during returns.
Reimbursement
Once we have received and verified the product, we will process your refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the order.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defective product.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Customized or tailor-made products according to customer specifications
- Products damaged due to improper use or insufficient packaging during return
Damaged or non-compliant product
If the product arrives damaged or non-compliant, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, sending detailed photos to info@macchiaperta.it.
We will replace, repair, or refund as appropriate.
